Road Rage Turns Violent in Wal-Mart Parking Lot
Two drivers in southern Florida got into a violent argument in a Wal-Mart parking lot, that left one of them hospitalized with a gunshot. Police have identified the alleged shooter and are still investigating. (Feb. 21)
there will be no charges.
Person A yells and approaches at person B.
Person B grabs a tire Iron.
Person A shoots the man wielding a tire iron.

In all seriousness, I’m not an attorney or work in any legal capacity, but I am a realist. I’m not full of reckless idealism like you are, I take everything into consideration and as far as I can tell, it would be better to institute assimilation rather than deportation.

Nobody knows what exactly happened that day. To tell the truth, I’m pro-gun rights and support the right to defend yourself if your life is in jeapordy. HOWEVER, if you find yourself in a situation where you’re exchanging insults with a stranger over something stupid in a parking lot, knowing it could easily come to blows and especially if you have a gun, you SHOULD be the FIRST ONE to walk away UNLESS that person comes at you with a weapon FOR NO REASON which is an entirely different situation.

Yes Yes. But we don’t know how they ended up in that parking lot. I agree you we SHOULD be the FIRST ONE’s to walk away gun or NO Gun. We don’t know what he tried. That’s my point. We do not know this man except from what we have seen in this story. You can try to put the pieces together but you need to here BOTH sides of the story and then make a judgement call. What I think your pissed about is the way it unfolded and the way it makes gun owners look.
