Her inability to cross a road without a 5 minute break in the middle. Yes revving the engine is a bit much, but so what? It’s his engine and revving it is not inconvieniencing anyone, but standing in the road is, and should be made illegal, like double parking. It inpedes traffic flow, and is inconsiderate
